Terms of Service

Welcome to Atmelo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Atmelo.

What Atmelo is

Atmelo helps fans discover live music and helps artists and venues reach them. Show listings come from a mix of user posts, venue calendars, and public ticketing sources. We work to keep listings accurate but can't guarantee every detail — always confirm with the venue or ticket link before heading out.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Atmelo.
• You're responsible for your account and keeping your login secure.
• One person per account; don't impersonate anyone else.

Claiming artist & venue profiles

• Atmelo pre-builds profiles for artists and venues using publicly available information so fans can find the local scene from day one.
• If a profile represents you, you can claim it. Claims are reviewed by our team and require proof you're an authorized representative.
• Submitting a fraudulent claim is grounds for immediate account termination.
• If you're an artist or venue and want your unclaimed profile removed instead, email us and we'll take it down.

Your content

• You own what you post. By posting, you grant Atmelo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the service (that's what makes posts visible to other users).
• Only post content you have the right to share.
• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, sexually explicit content, or illegal content. Posts pass automated moderation, and users can report and block.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

Tickets and third parties

Ticket purchases happen on third-party services (e.g. Ticketmaster, venue box offices), under their terms. Atmelo doesn't sell tickets and isn't responsible for third-party services, event cancellations, or changes.

Disclaimers

Atmelo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmelo and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as Atmelo evolves; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Atmelo after changes means you accept them.
